What a race today! Hard and hot conditions here at #Ironman 70.3 #Dubai
His Highness @nasser13hamad finished 5th in his category and me also finished 5th in PRO. Non wetsuit swim today. I had good swim. Bike was hard from start to finish and fast time, which got me in good starting position for the run. On the run I started with heavy legs, but they got better in first few kilometers. I pushed hard on the run and finished with a good time.
Time for well deserved rest and give myself back to my family!❤️
